3.3 Methods of Separating Mixtures
Tasks for this week:
1. Watch Mrs Reis' Science Video (it goes over the PP and essentially the method of separation handout)
2. Review PP for additional notes and reading
3. DOWNLOAD and COMPLETE the Separating Mixtures WORKSHEET. Upload to MANAGEBAC
4. Complete the Separating Soil LAB, film yourself describing the results and submit to SEESAW
5. Watch Ted-Talk on how industries such as healthcare and oil manufacturing utilize separation techniques.

7. Research and create a PowerPoint presentation on ONE separation technique that is significant to a particular industry. (Example: separation of blood antibodies OR refinement of oil OR purification of water, etc)
